Pros
Lots of flexibility with hybrid working options, no micromanagement, and genuinely nice directors. It’s the ideal place if you have the experience to work independently, don’t need much hand-holding, and value freedom in how you manage your day. The commission structure is excellent and completely transparent.
Cons
Could benefit from more structured training and support for those who need it. Internal processes could be smoother and more consistent.

Given all the tools you need to perform. Genuine flexibility with time and no micromanagement/nonsensical KPIs. Commission structure unrivalled for high performers.
Cons
Those who are not self-starters could struggle in the environment. You need to be highly motivated and able to perform well. Not a con as such!
