      * Higher management not stable with the team as well as their plans and policies. * Job security will be keep bothering you, silent firing. * Leadership seems to be obsessed with AI enablement even though at some places it’s not required actually. * Lots of office politics you can witness within system. * Projects not stay stable, sometimes framework get changed and other time made you to mandatory to use their Claude skills
