One of the best training programs any company will provide. Managers are usually off hand and do over micro manage.

None. It is a toxic environment with no care or help to employees.
Cons
No training. They give you about a week of “training” which is just reading policy to you word for word with no realtime explanation or practice and throw you in to the deep end expecting you to know it all. Big case load with no support.
