Pros

Benefits? I guess, I had my own never needed it, so I'm just guessing since it's the only thing that is probably fantastic about this job. Oh Hours 5:30 am to 1:30 pm.. decent time to vent to your relatives who live in a different time zone about how terrible your job is. Very easy job.

Cons

Unrealistic Expectations- I took this job because the process was fast, I liked the hours, hated the location but was willing to compromise. Though I got several other offers for even better pay, I was bamboozled into thinking these people were actually nice people. They hired me to replace another employee who was moving out of state. She trained me for 3 days ONLY, which was very Rapid training but thank Goodness I have a brain that retains almost everything! I was on my own thereafter with pretty much no particular direction, but other employees who were judgmental because of my skin tone and felt they were better than me because they knew the owner. Employees were far from nice, they would sneak behind your back at random times of the day to speak badly about you, they would CONSTANTLY watch everything you do. They make excuses for blatant rudeness aka FAVORTISIM (there's a lot of this going on there) the Scottsdale location to be exact. You do not get a lunch and even though they claim you get a break, you actually don't because the minute you try to do something considered "personal" you're looked down upon. The CEO is obnoxious and is overly LOUD, a lot of idle chatter from employees with no consideration of new people trying to focus. They complain if they don't like you for whatever reason and honestly treat you like trash. The CEO makes discriminative jokes such as "DONT MAKE ME PULL MY WHIP OUT, GET BACK TO WORK" which I do not consider funny. Over all these people are unprofessional, doesn't know how to run a business oh and my boss is Probably the fakest person I've ever met in my entire life. She pretends to care, she watches you speak but never has a good response and likes to listen to herself speak. Very naricissitic behavior and condescending tones. Don't trust anyone here. They assume that because you are a certain complexion, you do not want to work. They assume that you are "unfocused" because you listen when directed and not rant about your weekend and extra curricular activities that are not work related. If you do not chip in to idle chatter, they assume you're not the right fit and comes up with an entire irrelavnt load of reasons why they are terminating you. Absolutely no culture whatsoever. Everything is pretty basic and fake.

A company with no soul

Pros

There is very little positive information to share about CMS. The only thing they do well is expand their business. If being able to change roles and work at different facilities is important to you, you can get that here. Beyond that, I cannot think of a single thing CMS does that can be celebrated.

Cons

The culture in this company is the worst I have ever seen. This is driven by the quality (or lack thereof) of the people it hires and the policies it adopts. This has unfortunately led to racial discrimination. In my time at the company's COE clinic, several others and I were subjected to racial harassment on almost a daily basis. When I notified management of the issue, they said they "don't deal with gossip." The racist talk and discrimination continued for the whole year I was there. And I was not the only one. Another woman was harassed so badly she ended up quitting. And a third got it so bad she ended up relapsing and going into residential treatment. Despite all of this, none of us felt like we could speak up. We all had to leave the company to escape. That is just problem number one. There's also the low pay relative to competition, the bad insurance coverage, the trouble getting anyone from HR to respond to an email. It just goes on and on.

Pros

Working with patients. Site managers are usually supportive

Cons

Upper management is not very supportive. If you’re not a friend or question why they do something you’re not going to be there long. They are there for the money not the patients.
