Pros

Compare.com is a great place to work. They really care about their employees and want to ensure they are happy. This place has a great culture and great benefits. We get 22 PTO days, 401K, medical benefits etc. There are also fun activities always going on and there are culture clubs for every interest.

Cons

I haven't encountered any negative things so far!

Pros

Lots of work to do, but lots of fun doing it - excellent place to develop skills whatever part of the business you work in, and benefits/PTO are excellent!

Cons

Can have a lot of meetings, which can occasionally impede progress on work but so long as you manage your workload effectively, you'll be great

Thank you for your feedback, the good and the bad all helps us to improve. We've recently made some changes where we've removed some meetings, made others shorter but more frequent and others longer but less frequent. So far, this seems to have made everyone's lives a bit easier.
