      Quite flexible working patterns, autonomy of the tasks, management trusts your decisions, overall good experience. Laid back colleagues.

      As a part-time student was not really involved in company's activity outside my branch.

      Good to start a Customer service career.

      Cons

      *Deduction for headset. *No provision of food within the premises and the DND time is monitored closely during lunch when employee needs to go out and get food themselves.
