Pros

The good people (and old-timers) outnumber the toxic ones. Technology has generally kept up with the times, but it varies by product.

Cons

There are some toxic individuals and managers who have near-total immunity because of their relationships with leadership . Your experience here will vary greatly by business area, but the sheer volume of bullies means they're spread pretty widely. The company has been going through some struggles in recent years... the private equity owner takes the profits which otherwise would be reinvested into the business or paid as salary. I did not listen to the reviews on GD... if I only could go back in time and warn myself! So I am warning you, humble reader...

Pay is alright and do get some tea/ coffee/ snacks

Cons

Testosterone fuelled nightmare. Lots of drinking and cat calling. The senior management that come in from America are particularly awful. Not enough perks.

I'm sorry this was your experience. As a female executive on this team for more than seven years, I know our male leaders at this level would be appalled by these comments. I know there has been change to sales leadership which may have addressed some of these cons. We have onsite HR in our London office, and a team of global HR people to whom our colleagues can/should reach out with ANY and all concerns.
