The downside of joining this company was actually everything!! There's no work-life balance or you could say no life at all!! All we do is pacify angry, rude customers who treat us like we're the enemy! Saying this job was insanely stressful is an understatement!
Salary is better than other companies, but still not worth it in my opinion.

Employees are expected to be on call 24/7 regardless of what time it is. It's absolutely ridiculous having to wake up in the middle of the night on a weekend just to answer a phone call because management have no concept of what boundaries are. Definitely not a job I would recommend to anyone.
There isn't anything particularly noteworthy to mention, at least for pros.

You'll have no work life balance, and your schedule is going to be incredibly chaotic because of the frequent calls you'll get at odd hours. If you want to go crazy, by all means apply for a position here. Otherwise, avoid this company.
