Some good 'front line' individuals. You get a Macbook and Iphone. That is all I can say about pros of working at Pay4Later
Cons
Senior Management have not got a clue. Constant changing of ideas and products with no reason or research. All senior management, except the CEO unfortunately, have left in the last 6 months. Platform looks good, but has no guts and has different products to smoke screen the actual poor performance. CEO and CFO are serious cowboys and will take any opportunity to screw over employees for money, and if you are not flavour of the month, prepare to be ignored and outcast. Constant over promising and under delivering to employees, lenders and customers creates an awful atmosphere in the office. Don't expect to earn any money here or be anywhere near the ridiculous targets that are set. CEO is like a baby, loves a new 'toy', but will drop and forget about it when he is bored, normally takes 1 - 2 months. He will promise the world to new customers, and when the company cannot deliver, it is left to the employee to sort out. You will then get the blame. He has a long list of enemies. Recent good reviews were at the request of the senior management to improve the look of Pay4Later, so please ignore. They are false. The senior management have no values, integrity or respect for anyone.
