      Pros

      Could be a really fun environment, management makes an effort to provide a good atmosphere, not all departments follow through with that

      Cons

      my managers didn't have enough time to train me so I was without work the entire time, my team didn't like that I was American, lots of gossip and was treated poorly, felt so uncomfortable I took every opportunity to not come in to the office

      Pros

      - Lovely staff and management (if you are liked) - Flexibility (for some staff) - REC days (additional days off) - great message and team spirit - great CEO, COO, CFO. - seem really keen to empower women - work-life balance is amazing

      Cons

      - NEPOTISM is rife- seems to be the main way to progress is to be a close friend of management or be a family member - even if you consistently hit KPIs you can't progress; quarterly reviews don't make sense because even if you hit the targets managers won't want to record it or will come up with silly reasons why you don't so they don't have to give you a promotion or payrise - seems to be below average pay - staff don't get their bonuses unless they are in sales

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      I have never worked for such a dodgy company in all my time. Management allows absolute cowboys to run the show and get away with murder, with zero support for staff working with said cowboys. Awards are given to the same staff members repeatedly based on popularity. Only the 'chosen ones' have any chance of getting by, anyone outside of this will be weeded out. I have never seen such a s*it show in my entire life. Biggest boys club and popularity contest. Stay away.
