The management does not care about staff & belittles and curses at us. When incidents occur it’s their word against ours. You give your all to the residents without a ounce of recognition from management. They hold these town hall meetings that are meant to but are just much of a joke as attending them. Since being employed there has not been consistent roles in management. The team there now has to be the worst people yet !

- unprofessional management - poor values - they do not show appreciation towards their employees - they expect you to go above and beyond while not acknowledging - they keep the bad workers and treat good workers horrible - You can receive a perfect evaluation and not get a raise. - this company has destroyed the mental health of many of their employees - management does not care about their residents.
