Pros

The Flexibility of Remote Work Is the Only Pro, But Work-Life Balance Is Nonexistent

Cons

The company's culture is severely hampered by extreme micromanagement and a toxic work environment.Management lacks experience and fosters an atmosphere of constant pressure and disrespect for employee boundaries. You are expected to provide updates within minutes of receiving an assignment, and a lack of immediate response leads to constant interruptions and pressure. There is a significant lack of process and resources, especially within the Indian CSM team. This, combined with a clear bias towards tenured employees, creates a feeling of being sidelined and isolated if you don't conform to an 'always-agree' attitude. The constant blame-shifting from leadership can take a serious toll on your mental health. In contrast, the LATAM teams are notably better, more collaborative, and supportive

Pros

Remote work policy but the CSM lead in India doesn't trust people and keeps on checking their calendars. The amazing prime pro of being a CSM under her is to have the credit for all your work stolen away because she wants to be kept in the loop for visibility. She doesn't care for feedback at all and lacks empathy. Excellent micromanagement, self-created SLA of 3 minutes by the lead because she is a self-claimed owl. Motivation but via fear.

Cons

Not sure how the company is overall but reporting to such a toxic manager is indeed tiring and made me leave.

Pros

Remote with salary on time

Cons

1) The Team in India is asked to work long hours more than 12+ hours. 2) The Team lead will pretend to be nice but could give a class on "Micro-Management" 3) No Proper training or guidance. 4) Very passive-aggressive behaviour. 5) People are really insecure about their jobs as the company would randomly fire you pinning it on your "Performance" after working with them for 1 year.
