Pros

The company values technical quality without demanding employees sacrifice their personal lives. They provide modern tools, including AI, and you'll work with cutting-edge technologies. The environment and culture are excellent for professional development. My direct lead, HR team, and People team were outstanding from day one until my last day - supportive, professional, and genuinely caring about employee wellbeing.

Cons

Your experience depends entirely on your manager. In my case, I dealt with an extremely technical and controlling manager who wouldn't let the team own their work. Rather than traditional micromanagement, it was a sophisticated form of control - disguised as technical guidance but effectively removing team autonomy. Any common deployment error or configuration issue triggered disproportionate reactions. The manager constantly interfered with the Technical Manager's work through conflicting demands disguised as suggestions, undermining the established hierarchy. He worked 24/7 (from 5 AM until late night) and while claiming not to demand this from the team, he subtly pressured for "protagonism" - a concept the company doesn't actually promote. The passive-aggressive communication style created a toxic environment where his words said one thing but expectations were another. He displayed arrogance while denying it. If you can tolerate sophisticated control disguised as collaboration and passive-aggressive communication, it might work. Otherwise, I strongly recommend avoiding this area.

Pros

They sell you flexible working hours and work from home in the interview process, but actually no one is taking advantage of the flexibility since almost everyone is working overtime without getting paid. No Pros, i would say.

Cons

If you want to pollute your CV, you are welcomed to join this company! 1. They claim to be a big company (NYSE listed), however the company is a mess : no internal processes put into place, no clear definition of work scopes, managers have the right to do whatever they want especially if they are from the inner circle (Uruguayans). 2. There is no handover policy. Don't expect a proper handover to be done for you. You will have "I don't know" as a answer to most of all your questions since nobody in this company has been through a handover process. 3. Poor/micro management: this company is run by children, most of the managers get their positions because they are friends with someone highly placed in the company, so your manager won't probably have knowledge about the technicalities of the role and will put the blame it on you to justify their lack of competencies with the top management whenever they get the chance to. You will put effort in a lot of things but your manager will point up one thing that you didn't do and make all the review assessment about it. 4. You will never feel secure in this company because they will fire you once they take everything from you. They don't care if you have a family or kids to feed. 5. They have no problems committing local regulation breaches, they engage into activities without having licenses, they get involved into activities that are prohibited by local laws. They have been part of big scandals in many countries. I invite you to search the company in the internet.

Bad Manager

Pros

- company laptop - lunch/dinner at times

Cons

- higher management is good but team lead are micromanagers - team leads do not understand how to handle people - the attrition of CSMs in India is too much due to a manager with no management skills - managers don't teach or guide you, they leave you with mentors (who seem to be ok)
