      There are no Pros. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

      Cons

      Management is inexperienced and treats employees like servants. Nepotism is the only reason he has the position and is in way over his head. No local HR representation and the person you have is family and will always blame you if you are not related to the family.

      Management blames employee all the time Weekly meeting that doesn't start 6pm Speak 90% Chinese language

      No experienced management in US location High turnover rate (Either people run away or they get fired)

      Micromanaged by Taiwan company Management causing conflicts among employees. You will have to clean the bathrooms.
