EFI reviews about "pay"

4 years and not 1 pay raise. It's hard to throw any positive mojo EFI's way. The male dominated company continues to hire on new VP's and make new divisions. But not take care of devoted employees. I'm am starting to understand why the employee turn-over is high at this company. I had hoped that I would retire with this company, but can not continue to work for $20.00 a hour.

Senior level management is very poor. Low Pay. Job security is quite low. This company was focused on hitting 1 Billion dollars in revenue no matter what it took. Many acquisitions and creative accounting moves later (a simple Google search will reveal what I am talking about) and the company was in financial trouble. They sold the company to a private investment firm that self admittedly stated "We have never had a manufacturing company before." Many poor decisions were made that resulted in the company nose diving into the ground. Many great people lost their jobs. A case study could be done on this company showing what happens when a handful of people can kill a company with great employees and products in short order.

I could do with a scheduled pay rise once a year and a more explicit bonus schedule too.

Private equity ownership means short-term profit dominates decision making. Recent job cuts.
