Pros

Some decent benefits, including healthcare

Cons

Targets set at 95% productivity for junior and mid level staff, meaning all team meetings, project bid work (which can take days), project overruns, any training you want to do and anything else outside client work has to be done in under 2 hours a week. This means that your contracted hours are a joke, and people end up working 70+ hours per week. It would not be unusual to get an email from a colleague in the wee hours over the weekend. You can be let go from your job for not keeping pace with these hours. Some of the management in consulting in Dublin are very old school in their treatment of staff and can be very difficult to work with, to the point of bullying.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
