Not a good experience - Anonymous employee AECOM Employee Review

The place is filled with managers who have no idea of how to manage. Systems are dated so it takes a long time to do one piece of work. Certain teams are cliquey, if your face doesn't fit.... well your life will be made hell. I could not progress in role as management wanted to hold on to their cosy jobs so held me back. Was put down a lot by those above me who wanted me to think I was not worthy, maybe they didn't want me to take their jobs?? Finally had enough so quit and got a more SENIOR job at a much BETTER company. I wouldn't work there again if my life depended on it!
