AECOM a Great Place to work! - Project Director AECOM Employee Review

I have been in the engineering profession for over 44 years and have worked at and for many companies. By far AECOM is the company the is most enjoyable to work for. AECOM management promotes and respects diversity, truly cares for it's employees safety, continued learning, and advancement. Mike Burke and other senior managers are very approachable and "down to earth" folks, next door neighborly types! The open communication including Sales Force and Chatter that are promoted by AECOM creates a culture of camaraderie that is fun to be a part of. As a senior employee, retirement is the farthest thing from my mind because I am enjoying my time working for AECOM.
