Pros
I think AECOM has good benefits and I love how they let me work part-time and allow me to work around my schedule with kids.
Cons
They changed the maternity benefits. Even though they still provide top up, they require you stay for 1 year after or pay it back. This isn't a bad thing... but they changed it without telling anyone and it was one of the reasons I stayed working for the company for so long. So I felt a bit robbed.
