Pros

They pay £7.20 which is good for my age! (student)

Cons

Bad recruitment process I applied for a Job in groceries and was given something completely different. I felt like I was just somebody filling in a space and under valued. I was given a job that wasn't for me however I accepted it (what did have to loose). First day of shift was awful, was introduced to section leader for 2 minutes then was told to go do my job, no training at all or heads up on anything. When I asked them general questions they didn't answer them or show any care or engagement. The person who sorted out hiring me wasn't helpful. When I approached her to ask if their was anything else available she didn't look into it and was rude towards me. When I asked about doing a different role she said I wasn't capable of doing it (I just wanted todo something like groceries or staking shelves!, their were open jobs available) I am perfectly capible of doing that. When I called to resign I was passed around from place to place, different people. They haven't evan paid me since I had that conversation and I doubt they will. I think the Job would of been great if they would of listened and given me the chance. I hope different stores aren't like this (Im sure their not, they do promote good values).
