Pros
- Decent hourly wage - Great work colleagues, all very diverse and brilliant to get on with. - Discount on shopping.
Cons
- Management is a very mixed bag, some good and some very bad. - The replacement of many managerial roles with more section leaders is a clear cost cutting strategy rather than an efficiency seeking strategy. Majority of the section leaders are of poor quality and lack the relevant experience.
