Pros

- Complete autonomy / ownership of role for Associates. Much more so than management consulting or similar roles where all direction comes from senior management. Opportunity to earn additional compensation through high performance - Strong career trajectory - can become a people Manager within 2 years and VP within 5 years, both much faster tracks to management than comparable roles. Manager role brings really good career experience and lends itself to many different paths, including MBA. Vice President role has very strong comp and huge amount of responsibility and ownership - Really high engagement from leadership down to Associate level. People are lifeblood of the business and very valued - Diversified workflow keeps people learning and company is great for those who are hardworking and intellectually curious

Cons

- Company only promotes internally, so less opportunity to learn from people with diverse backgrounds at other companies - Very in-office culture. Great for those who love it, can be challenging for people who are firm on wanting a high degree of remote work

Pros

Great people, great working environment, solid leadership that genuinely invests in the development of its people. Excellent place to build skills in talent management, client management, providing excellent service, critical thinking, and to build understanding across a variety of industries.

Cons

Unfortunately, no two business units (split by client type) are made the same. Some have much more abundant opportunity and are growing, where others present a more significant challenge to succeed. Unfortunately this means that skill & drive dont always correlate directly to compensation outcomes.
