Pros
Great coworkers, especially when starting out, very young environment with thriving energy. However, to get ahead, the culture becomes cutthroat, and you quickly become overworked
Cons
Management is very poor, most managers just view people as resources and not actual people. Theyre happy to cut people immediately from the org if theyre not meeting numbers, damaging morale for those who are left. The actual consulting output of our work is also so subpar compared to other firms, we just want to put out numbers based on how were incentives, not quality. We wont particularly grow well in any field we choose because of this structure
