Pros
As a fresher , i would be scared at how my senior college mates described their work life ie ful of politics, work pressure etc etc. I was preparing myself for that. When i joined amazon i expected the same environment. Only once i joined i realized it wasn't like that at all. Friendly , helping , not selfish people /colleagues is who i met and glad i took the decision to work for Amazon. Seniors help you grow . There is always FUN at work. We actually "Work hard. Have fun. Make history".
Cons
Only cons i see in working at amazon is the shift timing and the week offs.
