The first 6 months are awesome. Until you understand what's going on.
Cons
Mediocrity rules in here. If you just do your stuff and keep the ball rolling, you're fine. Don't speak up on any issue or you get in trouble. Say YES, you'll be ok. Ask WHY and a tons of troubles will hit you. This all depends on your direct management, of course. I'm pretty sure Jeff would definitely not like it.
