The bottom line to all of this is "BUYER BEWARE!" AWS is not a work environment you want to be a part of if you're looking for career advancement, a positive work environment, or professional recognition (they even have a patent stipulation for systems you may create, that end up being owned by AWS....). Last, good luck with your job search, just don't search at AWS.....
