- big stretch and growth potential, especially if willing to be mobile - leadership principles establish strong culture that permeates almost everything - culture of innovation, doers, "owners" and self-starters
Cons
- sometimes there are inconsistencies in demonstration of core principles in different teams/under different managers - culture favors long/hard work vs. smart work - HR has a a lot of churn, which creates downstream issues for managers and employees
