You will develop skills that you won't find anywhere, in this company you will be the owner of your own professional growth and although it's not a common technology company (without so many amenities), the experience here will be great.
Cons
austerity will be at its best, at least in Mexico, without amenities such as good food, fun programs, coexistence programs you see very little here and maybe that's what it takes to motivate the people
