Pros
Even though I worked Remotely, I never felt as though I was alone. The Management Team and Leads are always very helpful, attentive and supportive. Feedback on how the company can improve its procedures is encouraged and the culture is wonderful.
Cons
Like with any call center or customer service jobs, you will run into abusive or rude customers. However, Amazon does a great job of having its employees backs. The work can become a bit repetitive.
