Pros
One of the best company to work with and its employee benefit is very good. Amazon is most customer centric company in the world and at the same time, they don't forget to take care of their employee as well.
Cons
Well, the management at Chennai is not good and there are few managers who are very biased towards people's region (North/South). Employee who are non south Indian - they get a hard time working in Chennai office and they move to Bangalore location as soon as they get an opportunity. Amazon's pay is lesser than comparing to outside market.
