Pros
Decent benefits, pay, time-off. The schedule's great (four 10 hour shifts). The job is incredibly easy.
Cons
In the small facility that I work in, there is not much opportunity for advancement. We hire from the outside most often. And you can only move up the ladder one rung at time. As a result, you'll be stuck at the same level for years! If you're ambitious like me, it gets old fast. Management is horrible. They just don't know what they're doing and seem not to know how to communicate with their employees.
