Pros
Good salary and shares are given for all managerial positions. Also the facilities provided for all employees is very good.
Cons
The culture is deteriorated in India & people who have been long in the system have abused nee comers and are not inclusive. Women leaders are not allowed to grow over in senior management positions. Too many biases in the system and leaders. Also negative culture of overworking people and no system of maintaining work life balance.
