Pros
Amazon has a very great opportunity and learning options on the tech side. as I say tech side, there are tech and operations of the same project. so always check where you are joining. The operations side also has testing and development jobs but opportunities are very limited. Higher management at my time was nice and approachable.
Cons
All the tools are in-built by amazon so it is very difficult finding another job as you would not have hands-on experience in the tools famous and widely used in the market.
