If you like fast pace work environment, quick decision making, want to be truly customer obsessed, be with a brand but still have a start up mindset, manage programs but be close to operations and most of all be surrounded by people setting high bar and not be insecure about it; then Amazon is the place for you. The opportunities to switch career paths within the organization are phenomenal just like this is a one stop shop for buying so it is for career moves.
