Pros
- RSUs are pretty good with the stock price. - Ability to move around or move up in the company - Work with some of the smartest people you’ll encounter
Cons
- There’s a lot of “kool-aid” drinking at this company they push their leadership principals every chance they get but those same leadership principals are dropped at the first sight of inconvenience when something doesn’t work in their favor - Also be sure to come in at a higher salary because if you do promotion increase for base pay is a joke
