Amazon Milan has a nice office in a good central location. If you don't need to commute by car it's great
Cons
Toxic work culture by which no achievement is recognized to the individual and leadership is the first to only send the message that ''it's never enough''. Talented people tend to leave quickly whereas the less skilled choose to keep going in selling a product that often has technical issues which you are left to your own devices to fix. The leadership principles themselves are massive red flags, team work is not a thing.
