Pros
American Express has great benefits, including decent health care, sick time and lots of paid vacation time. Team leaders, management and higher ups are all very nice and great to work with. This positions is also work-at-home which is a great option for those who can manage an in-home office.
Cons
Incoming calls are continuous, and there is not a lot of down time. Calls can become repetitive with similar issues and inquiries. The job can be stressful when customers complain.
