Pros
At the end of the day there are no pros.
Cons
When I started working for this company, they painted a very pretty picture. The training took 90 days and we had to certify to be able to move forward with the job. First of all, the metrics and requirements to certify are RIDICULOUS. Out of a class of 8, only 3 people certified…. What do you think that means… Hmm. The card members are EXTREMELY RUDE and if you say something they do not agree with they will refuse to get off of the phone until they speak to a supervisor which will never happen because your leader or coaches will NOT speak to cardmembers. So.. you’re stuck on the phone with a very angry cardmember who ends up insulting you. After that, the leaders will find a way to blame it on you for not de-escalating the situation even though it was completely unavoidable. The pay may seem good at first but for everything you need to do, it is ABSOLUTELY not enough. You will be doing the work for 3 different departments but only getting paid for one job. Since 5 of the 8 did not certify, they were laid off. Which is so ridiculous to me. All of the trainees were extremely intelligent and did a much better job that any other department. I attest to that. This company is a complete joke and the worst and most stressful job I have ever had in my life.
