Pros

Great Manager, she was encouraging and unsupportive.

Cons

The subsidiary USACG marketing team gives you an un-realistic on top of the fact the the entire list of leads is DNC (Do Not Call) hoe exactly am I supposed to reach out to customers, but still expect you to make a total of 80 calls daily., They do not explain to you form the beginning that customers that you are calling will not have on their caller ID that American Express is calling, hence when you introduce yourself they believe you are scam or fraud therefor customers are vulgar and disrespectful about 90% of the time. Leads are circulated and never improved the tools given are sub-par a best., Favoritism, Politics and corruption is the worst. If a family matter arises and emergencies occur and you report the emergency and report to HR and create a case number follow policy and are unable to make the 80 calls daily than your job is very much at risk.

Pros

- Complimentary lunch and starbucks everyday - On-site clinic for basic check ups - Hybrid

Cons

you will be taking phone calls every minute of the day. There will come a time where you feel like at the bottom of the world. You will ask yourself "is my role in life to help people reset their password online and assist them in logging in?" You cannot use the bathroom whenever you want, they have time coding that if you "abuse" them you will be flagged and subject to discipline. You have to give world class service but at the same time rush them off the phone or else you are not getting paid a good bonus. You will quickly find yourself gasping for air and time to relax when you take 50+ calls a day , you will feel drained. When is finally time to move up there is a high chance you will be paid less than you're current role as there are no bonuses in higher roles.
