Pros
Pay - money is really good as India's per capita income is too low, so good by that standard.
Cons
So I joined during the transition of WFH to hybrid. I couldn't do hybrid as I've HS and I submitted some documents to let me work remotely which AMEX publicizes on their website. They said they can't do it as I've only completed 5 months in company. I asked them to extend WFH for me but they said either get admitted in hospital or work from office. I had no productivity loss. I asked them to give me unpaid leaves and I'll resume on-site work after a month. My manager (not allowed to name) persuaded me to resign and said I can always join after 3 months. Now when I apply they reject my applications, former manager tell me to speak with HR and the HR says can't do anything. I left a job where I was about to be promoted. AMEX basically ruined my career. Also the coaches and manager address you as 'beta' meaning son. Also Hindu rituals are made fun of in skits. And you need to come to office to celebrate Pride month. Work is more than usual shift, no work life balance. Mangers ask you stay back after shift for coaching and meetings.
