Pros
The work environment was great and there was a good relationship between employees. The salary and benefits provided were good.
Cons
The managers were not supportive of each other and colleagues were scared of more redundancies to come, making overall morale low. There was rivalry between different sites which was not healthy and a lot of negativity.
