      Lot of responsibility and working with key vendors/stakeholders early in your career Pay is good, but bonus fluctuates constantly and is not guaranteed even with personal target achievement

      Cons

      Very little work/life balance, and high expectations from leadership with little recognition for your work. Expectation is to work 50+ hours per week and sometimes on weekends

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
