Pros
The company discriminates on so many levels. Leadership is all Brazilian, all male, all white! Once you hit 40, watch out! They will start looking for a 22 to take your place. They preach meritocracy, but run the business with a small fraternity from San Paulo.
Cons
Horrible work/life balance. Management mocks Americans. They eliminate most employees over 40 by moving offices to different cities or calling them blockers, dropping families along the way.
