Management seems to have their "favorites" Your delivery manager is really a sales person trying to sell you on how satisfied you are working with a company that no one wants to work with. A lot of project managers are full of themselves and really show attitudes which makes for a very stressful work environment. Unless you work at the main office, you are pretty much forgotten about. A lof of the peers have very little knowledge of the product and you are forced to handhold a lot. There is a lot of work to do outside of the normal billable hours. They want you to bill at least 40 hours a week and put another 10 to 20 hours a week in other internal projects. If you have a family, it means nothing to them.
