Pros
There are still some very dedicated and intelligent professionals that want to serve clients well and mentor staff, but the pool of technical resources is getting smaller all the time. The personal time off and salaries are on par with the rest of the industry. The salary used to be better, but the bonus program was slashed, so it is starting to fall behind the rest of the industry.
Cons
The constant departure of people has created a serious "brain drain" for the company. The constant worry about chargeable ratios has created a situation where the top talent leaves for the competition. Those who have left have succeeded creating incentive for others to leave as well. The morale and prospects from the firm are grim.
