Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients. Work with global teams.

Cons

Culture of secrecy and nepotism. Relocation is reserved for "senior managers on the fast track". Horrendous time management by project managers. Lots of 80 hour weeks for salaried employees. Recognition for hours billed, not for effectiveness. They prefer to hire new graduates with no experience so they can pay them the lowest wages possible. Very high turnover rates of employees with less than five years. Rivers of alcohol served at new employee orientation. They prefer to win contracts and clients with gifts, food, and alcohol, lavish entertainment, good old boy network, and hiring competitor's project managers.
