Pros
Not up to market in terms of compensation, No incentives or bonus A lot of happy hours and free food to distract you from the terrible work environment. Those are the only good things about this terrible place. Few Basic ethics need to be followed by few Management. Ensure the company policies which benefits are implemented in lower level people Management to look at the market benmarking little more investment in staff could improve retention.
Cons
Managers (Geotechnical department CAD and BIM team) are biased towards some of the employees. Though other team mates work hard equally they don't recognize their effort and sincerity towards work. Once the employee puts down his papers then his treatment will be very much different, though the employee works sincerely during the notice period as well the manager doesn't even care about him. No proper team management by certain managers. Some work life balance working timings to be established otherwise in long run employees may burnout. They don't pay as per the salary bracket defined for the position you have applied. Based on the previous salary they bargain the salary and pay you. When a salary bracket defined for a position, please equally to all persons working with that designation. Company has a strong vision but regional teams care more about their personal growth than collective growth. Work culture: Depends on your manager Work life balance: They say it's there, but it isn't Management: Clueless, going around in circles HR Strength: A figurehead with no real powers PR: Everything they write online is a lie. Please do not believe them
