Low wages, small raises. It doesn't really matter if you do your job well, you just have jump through some arbitrary corporate hoops to get a chance at a better salary.
There is a lot of bureaucracy outside of your work related tasks. You have to do 4 annual reviews on career development, you have to make H&S and project presentations, coach other people, mandatory trainings, etc.
Their main motto is "People first", but that just for the employees on the bottom of the food chain. For the management, not so much.
