Pros
Excellent Benefits, Employee owned so you are looked after. Some really amazingly talented and intelligent people to work with on some of the most interesting design and construction jobs in the world.
Cons
Huge overhead due to the above which makes getting business externally difficult. Still very male, white and middle class. Doesn't represent the city it is based in very well. Even though hierarchy is flat its very much about who you know and very cliquey.
