      Arup continues to be well-recognized in the industry, which allows it to win high-profile projects.

      Cons

      Increased politics as the firm as gotten bigger. If you're not British, it's hard to move upward past the Associate level. Replies too much on structured review process, with grade levels. The firm seems to have issues getting rid of poor performers.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
